Step 1 — Request a reset code
Enter the phone number, email, or agent ID you signed up with. If it matches an account, a 6-digit reset code will be sent to the registered contact.
Step 2 — Enter the reset code
A 6-digit code was sent to your registered contact.
Step 3 — Create your new credential
Agents use a 4–8 digit PIN. Everyone else uses a password of at least 8 characters. Your old credential and all other sessions are revoked.
Recover with a coordinator code
If you cannot reach your registered phone or email, your local government coordinator can verify your identity in person and give you a one-time recovery code. They never see or choose your PIN — you create it yourself here.
